Shipping Policies
  • We ship most items within 24 hours of receiving payment, Monday - Friday (excluding weekends, holidays).

  •  items are usually shipped within 48 - 72 hours depending upon the size of the order.

  • Insurance is available if you would like it, at a small additional cost 

  • We provide a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number on all shipments.

  • Our shipping rates are based on total package weight and overall dimensions.

  • We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground shipping.

When to expect delivery

 We ship within 24 hrs. of receiving payment unless prior arrangements have been made, so depending upon the shipping method you choose and your location, most orders should be received within 2 - 10 days. This May vary during peak shipping times.

Please note: Orders totaling over $200.00 will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED and will have to be signed for by an adult (18 yrs. of age or older) when delivered. If your order will require a signature, we will notify you ahead of time.

Shipping Damage:

All orders are packed with the utmost care to ensure that your order will arrive safely. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage. If you received a broken item, chances are it was handled roughly  during transit. If your package arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours. All packing materials and the damaged item's) must be kept by the customer for carrier inspection. In order for us to receive an insurance reimbursement from the carrier, the carrier may contact you in order to inspect the box and the packing materials.


Non-Delivered Orders:

All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation (USPS) and/or Tracking (UPS). In the rare event an order is lost by the Carrier during transit, we will gladly replace the order or issue a refund upon completion of the insurance claim. However, if the Delivery Confirmation/Tracking shows delivery was made to your address, we will not accept responsibility. We suggest if you live in an area prone to theft, to let your Carrier know to either hold your packages for pickup or to only deliver when someone is available to receive them.

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your driftwood for any reason, just contact us within 72 hours after you receive your order. After you have contacted us simply return the items to us in the same condition as they were sent to you When we receive your returned items we will inspect them and then reimburse payment, or exchange the item. If the return is due to a defect, we will refund your shipping costs.  If it is due to your error, we can only offer refunds or store credit for the purchase price of the item.
